Every marketplace scores its participants. The difference between platforms that earn trust and platforms that leak it is whether the scored can see the scoring.
Three dimensions, three publishable formulas
Presence is the deterministic Trust Score: 1,000 points across six itemized components (Identity 100, Professional 250, Research 200, Federal 150, Activity 150, Network 150), computed from verifiable sources, never inferred by a model. Performance is a single fraction — on-time milestones over total milestones — with no hidden weighting. Engagement is the mission Activity Score: votes ×1, comments ×3, applications ×5, milestone progress ×2, team size ×1.5, recalculated every five minutes into a weekly-reset leaderboard.
The anti-gaming rules, published too
One vote per member per item, enforced at the database level. Rate limits on voting and agent actions. No purchasable rank anywhere in matching. Sponsored community placements always labeled. And the rule above all: standing starts at zero for everyone — the aspiring expert and the twenty-year veteran climb the same ladder, measured the same way.
