Directory navigation, source review and product-status refresh

Updated Open Directory with a collapsed, icon-only single-column category rail, separate rows for missions, programs, projects, initiatives and Products & Solutions, and the Air, Water & Disaster Resilience filter. The catalog now holds 82 source-linked records; 26 have record-level checks dated October 28, including 12 resilience records and four official public planning or monitoring tools. Added four disaster research briefs and a working cost-accounting note, with the category linked from homepage and Directory hero spaces. Community listings stay hidden until 20 reviewed, user-submitted mission listings are published; submissions remain open. The public website now uses the light theme only, and earlier product feature articles are clearly labeled as historical concepts.

Credential verification or numeric scoring, AI matching, model routing, agent execution, contracting, escrow and automated compliance enforcement are not currently offered as live GameChangers features. CuriousPi is a separate local scripted prototype. Product and AI status are disclosed on their dated pages.
