The current service
The public directory is an early discovery layer for people, organizations and missions. Opportunities Lite may also surface owner-submitted missions, products/projects, and jobs that link visitors to the original organization-controlled source. A listing does not create employment, contracting, investment, partnership, procurement, verification or marketplace rights. Features described as future, preview, planned or coming soon are not promised as currently available.
Your submissions
You must have the right to submit the information and links you provide. You are responsible for their accuracy and for keeping public claims lawful and non-misleading. You grant Assemble Teams a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, format and display approved public listing content for operating and promoting the directory and related Assemble Teams services.
Do not submit confidential information, trade secrets, sensitive personal data, passwords, private keys, payment-card data, protected health information, or material you lack permission to share.
Moderation and publication
Submissions are privately reviewed before publication. Assemble Teams may request changes, reject, unpublish, archive or remove listings that are inaccurate, unlawful, unsafe, misleading, abusive, infringing, duplicative, stale, or inconsistent with service policies. We may also act to protect users, the service and third parties.
Trust and directory integrity
User-supplied stage, funding, funder, affiliation and similar information may be labeled owner-reported unless separately verified. No one may purchase credibility or an organic trust advantage. Inclusion or prominence in an organic directory view is not an endorsement by Assemble Teams.
Acceptable use
- Do not impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation, funding, results or authority.
- Do not submit malware, phishing destinations, illegal content, harassment, spam or automated abuse.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, moderation or security protections.
- Do not scrape or use the service in a way that materially disrupts it or violates applicable law.
Advertising
Paid advertising is separate from organic directory trust and ranking. If advertising becomes available, campaigns will be subject to separate Advertising Policies and commercial terms covering creative review, prohibited and restricted content, complaints, suspension, takedowns, billing, cancellation, credits, refunds and brand use. Payment alone will never guarantee publication or continued delivery of an advertisement.
Opportunity listings
Opportunities Lite is a discovery and referral layer, not an applicant tracking, recruiting, messaging, contracting, or project-management service. Assemble Teams does not receive applications for these listings. Applications, communications, eligibility decisions, hiring, contracting, and participation are handled by the organization at the linked source. A listing does not mean Assemble Teams has verified the opportunity or endorses, employs, represents, partners with, or guarantees the organization or outcome. Opportunity submitters must be authorized to publish the listing and keep the linked source current. Assemble Teams may expire, reject, archive, or remove stale, unsafe, deceptive, unlawful, or out-of-scope opportunities.
Third-party links and services
Listings may link to third-party websites. Assemble Teams does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, products or transactions. Use third-party services under their own terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The site and directory are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Users should independently evaluate people, organizations, missions, claims and opportunities before relying on them. Nothing on the directory is legal, financial, investment, medical, employment, procurement or professional advice.
