A real hybrid-electric cargo demonstration generated operating experience for advanced-air-mobility integration and public-private coordination.
Mission Benchmarks is Assemble Teams’ monthly evidence layer: a public scan of missions, programs, organizations and enabling systems showing recent execution, credible recognition or adoption, mission relevance, and operating lessons others can use.
These are not winners. They are recent, source-backed examples that reveal something useful about mission delivery, institutional execution or capability building.
Clinical agentic AI moves from concept into funded teams with explicit supervisory safety architecture and a pathway toward health-system deployment.
A hybrid-electric cargo demonstration along Utah’s I-15 corridor creates real operating experience for advanced-air-mobility integration.
Quantum-resistant standards move toward implementation practice through cryptographic discovery, interoperability and migration work.
Power, oxygen, manufacturing and construction are being treated as connected infrastructure capabilities for sustained lunar operations.
Field demonstrations, operational missions and implemented projects get special attention because they expose coordination, constraints and deployment realities that plans alone cannot.
A real hybrid-electric cargo demonstration generated operating experience for advanced-air-mobility integration and public-private coordination.
The mission is larger than one lander: power, oxygen, construction and manufacturing have to function as an interoperable operating system on the surface.
SpaceX completed the first-generation Direct to Cell constellation with more than 650 satellites; Starlink reports the service has connected more than 12 million people at least once.
California is moving BIM for Infrastructure into statewide implementation through its 2026–2030 strategy, updated milestones, governance and lifecycle delivery practices.
Woven City is now operating as a lived-in real-world mobility test course, with residents, partner companies and AI-enabled infrastructure feeding product and service experiments.
Hyundai opened an integrated waste-to-hydrogen production and refueling facility in Cheongju, initially producing about 500 kilograms of hydrogen per day.
Airtel’s DRC network expansion is extending 4G and mobile access into remote and rural communities, creating practical infrastructure for digital participation.
Rwanda’s 2026 expansion is designed to move autonomous delivery from a long-running healthcare network toward nationwide coverage and an urban delivery system.
The Abu Dhabi project combines 5.2 GW of solar with 19 GWh of battery storage and reached financial close in July 2026 on a US$6.1 billion investment.
The Kuwait project moved forward under a 25-year agreement for more than 2,700 MW of power generation and up to 120 million imperial gallons per day of desalinated water.
Callao became the first terminal on South America’s west coast to handle more than 2 million TEUs in a year after sustained infrastructure and capacity expansion.
Eve’s engineering prototype completed its first partial transition flight in August 2026, activating the pusher propulsion system in flight on the path toward wing-borne operations.
The monthly featured set stays intentionally small. This wider watchlist shows what Assemble Teams is actively researching across regions before a case graduates into a future public edition.
Research watchlist. Inclusion means under evidence review for a future monthly edition; it is not endorsement, certification, partnership, investment advice or a universal ranking.
These are concrete deployments, infrastructure projects, field programs or operating systems — not simply prominent company names.
Browse the same evidence pipeline through regional context: Europe, Asia, Southeast Asia, Africa, Central Africa, the Middle East, South America and North America.
We track programs when there is visible movement from strategy into funded work, implementation, standards, demonstrations or deployment pathways.
Funded teams are developing patient-facing agentic AI with clinical oversight and an explicit path toward broader health-system use.
The migration effort connects standards with implementation through cryptographic discovery, inventory, interoperability and practical migration work.
Industry participation is being mobilized around the infrastructure capabilities required for sustained surface operations.
This shelf identifies organizations materially connected to the work above. Presence here means their documented program or mission activity is worth studying; it is not an organization ranking.
Tracked this month for ADVOCATE’s funded clinical-agentic-AI program structure, safety framing and deployment intent.
Tracked for a field demonstration that ties state implementation experience to federal aviation integration.
Tracked for moving post-quantum migration from standards into practical discovery, interoperability and implementation work.
Tracked for treating lunar surface operations as an infrastructure-capability problem with industry participation.
We do not compare unlike sectors as if one score means the same thing everywhere. Each monthly signal is tagged to the same sector taxonomy used by Open Directory, with industry and geography context underneath it.

Benchmark cases do not disappear when a new month begins. Each edition stays active for three edition-months, then moves into a dated archive snapshot once a newer edition is published.
If a month has few or no qualifying new additions, the Benchmark carries forward still-active missions, programs, projects and organizations as continuing signals. That keeps the public product useful without manufacturing activity.
Visibility alone is not enough. A monthly feature needs enough evidence to teach mission builders something useful about delivery, program design, operating capability or institutional learning.
A milestone, deployed capability, completed phase, measured outcome, validated demonstration or material program advancement.
Peer, practitioner, regulator, customer or institutional acknowledgement where documented — or credible evidence others are adopting the approach.
A consequential sector problem tied to people, infrastructure, resilience, access, scientific progress or public value.
Practices, constraints, coordination patterns, evidence standards or capability gaps that other mission builders can learn from.
Research can continue continuously behind the scenes, but the public Benchmark changes monthly — not every two weeks. Each edition should identify observation period, sector, geography, evidence type and source links, while archived editions make changes over time visible.
