Platforms measure you whether they explain it or not. We publish the formulas. Three dimensions of standing on GameChangers — what each measures, how it's computed, and what it can never be bought with.
Your profile and Trust Score (0–1,000, deterministic, six itemized components) plus your Catalog visibility. Presence is built from verifiable sources — identity, professional history, research record — never inferred. Clearances: always self-certified, always labeled.
The Performance Score is one honest fraction: on-time milestones ÷ total milestones × 100, across all your missions. Displayed as a ring on your profile. No weighting games, no decay curves — delivery is delivery.
Mission Activity Score = (votes ×1) + (comments ×3) + (applications ×5) + (milestone progress ×2) + (team size ×1.5), recalculated every five minutes, feeding a weekly-reset leaderboard. Rate-limited and one-vote-per-member to keep it honest.
Data-platform ecosystems taught the industry that an ontology — a shared, explicit model of what entities exist and how they relate — is what turns activity into intelligence. Launch platforms taught it that leaderboards drive discovery, and review platforms taught it that unverifiable scores destroy trust. Our synthesis: every entity here (expert, mission, organization, contract, agent) carries published, auditable metrics — because for the organizations this work serves, an unexplainable score is a useless one.
What standing can never be bought with: money. No pay-to-rank, no promoted profiles in match results, no purchasable verification. Sponsored placements in community feeds are always labeled as such.
Aspiring or established — the formulas are the same, the ladder is the same. Reserve your place.
